Responsible about sitting the strategic goals & plans of the Commercial Elevators segment , monitoring the achievement, develop and implement corrective actions whenever necessary.
- Providing the Technical advice for the team and being available to attend and solve complicated product, negotiation and customer issues.
- Monitoring sales accomplishments, do the necessary involvement and implement corrective actions whenever necessary.
- Monitoring and directly interfere to post the performance of the Sales Team and make the necessary involvement to ensure that new opportunities are always available.
- Promoting the existence of Engineering group as a part of AI in the market and ensuring it’s leadership.
- Acting as a Business Development Agent; seeking and sourcing innovative ways to empower the company situation in the competitive environment.
- Being completely aware of all legal obligations of various projects/contracts and ensure the team obeying to it.
- Monitoring the Cash flow levels and ensure that targets achievement.
- Being Legally, Socially and environmentally responsible; and working to position; emphasize and present the professional image of Alghanim Industries.
- Liaising with suppliers to make sure that enough inventory are available at the required time.
- Interfere in any problem that could affect the customer satisfaction and quality.
- Innovating a new ways to increase customer satisfaction and perceived quality.
- Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
