The qualified candidate will be responsible for:
- Building up and managing an effective sales team, and distribution strategy for the products in the Kuwait market.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.
- Maximize our local sales.
- Set up goals and targets for the sales team.
- Open up and explore new sales channels.
- Become aware of the company's current positioning in the market.
- Survey and monitor the market and competition.
- Developing sales and inventory strategies that result in effective sales performance and ensure implementation of these strategies.
- Providing regular feedback information to the Marketing Dept. on the current market situation.
- Developing and maintaining good relationship between the company and its customers.
