Your primary role is to sell products, and doing so may require drumming up new business from time to time. Making cold calls to solicit new business, following up with previous clients to encourage repeat sales, and attending trade shows to promote your business are a few ways you’ll need to approach your vending when customers don’t come directly to you. Charisma, closing skills and the ability to combine complementary items will increase your earnings potential.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
• Gathering market and customer information;
• Recording sales and order information, Prepares reports and sending copies to the sales office;
• Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
• Gaining a clear understanding of clients requirements;
• Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Completes requests by greeting customers, communicate products features, advantages and benefits to all customers, directly or by answering calls.
• Decorate the window and shop products
• Organizes work and produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
• Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
