- Thorough knowledge of accident reporting and investigation procedures
- Plan HSE programme/procedure for the contract
- Educate, train and inform Contractor's employees about health, safety and environment aspects and monitor the compliance
- Shall investigate all accidents, dangerous occurrences and near misses. To analyze all incidents / accidents, maintain statistics and other relevant parameters
- To advise HSE aspects involved in scaffold works and monitor their implementation
- Ensure that all scaffolding and painting is as per international standards and is complying to Clients’ HSE guidelines / safe work practices
- Monitor Contractor's employees adherence to all HSE aspects and Monitor Contractor's compliance of work permit system
