Role Purpose:
To deliver against budgeted financial results and to instill and sustain a healthy leadership style in line with the company's leadership ethos. The restaurant manager has the final responsibility in ensuring the restaurant is operating efficiently and profitably while upholding the Company's reputation and culture.
Role Attributes:
This person must feel comfortable in a position of authority that includes coaching, rewarding and disciplining employees in a responsible and effective manner. The Restaurant Manager needs to demonstrate a strong sense of integrity by setting a good example for employees. They should have a good eye for hiring strong employees and a commitment to training them to a performance standard which complies with FFI's customer centric vision and goals.

This person has an advanced level of F&B operations knowledge and is capable of managing all disciplines in the restaurant business.
This manager oversees a large business unit and will require the ability to balance operational needs of the business, together with the fluctuations of the markets and his customer's financial capacity.
This role requires quick problem solving skills in an unpredictable industry as well as internal conflict resolution skills.
This person is responsible for the efficient and profitable management of the restaurant
