1. Ensure that all product support requirement of the sales department and end users are met
2. Carry out item inspection upon arrival of goods in stores and full coverage of designated principals and products
3. Interface with Service Engineers, Clinical Support Staff and Customers during installation and ensure timely installation of equipment orders
4. Contact customers on a regular basis to discuss issues and customer requirements.
5. Monitor the customer initial setup at site and ongoing maintenance processes regarding the installation, ongoing support and ensure that all end users are provided the required post installation training
6. Perform training, consulting or other support services (including telephone support) for customers as directed
7. Offer a direct point of contact for all customers to report their issues and questions
8. Visit installed base regularly and ensure that the equipment are functional and in use all the time
9. Monitor and follow-up open customer support issues
10. Identify and analyze the needs of the customer. Propose solutions to meet their requirement and product Specification.
11. Conduct demonstration & workshops on products and its features
