JOB SUMMARY
To carry out all back office activities, in relation to Investment Funds managed by the company, in order to ensure that clients are properly served in a manner that exceeds their expectations
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide the best services that can be offered to clients, to ensure their needs are fulfilled and always exceed their expectations
- Perform all administrative functions, including filing of documents and maintenance of clients’ database
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions through effective Co-ordination with finance department
- Provide needed information for the preparation of financial statements and performance reports
- Co-ordinate with finance department to ensure that all transactions are recorded and funds are properly transferred
- Prepare and submit reports to be submitted to regulatory bodies, and ensure compliance with funds articles of association and other applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain highest standards of professional conduct, ethics and integrity in the provision of services in his department
- Prepare and submit portfolios performance reports on a regular basis (e.g. monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports).
