• Estimating and pricing the infrastructure, roads and bridges tenders
• Identifying and using of best materials prices and subcontract prices
• Managing Quantity take offs and checks from specifications and drawings
• Obtaining information regarding the estimated costs, labor and materials involved in completing a project from various sources.
• Producing the tendering plan and establish the tendering team which typically includes representation from a company's financial, legal, projects and commercial departments
• Working closely with other key managers to estimate project costs and track completion of written assignments
• Overseeing the proposal development process to provide high-quality bids on time and in an organized fashion
• Sending the proper enquiry for subcontracts and materials, etc to subcontractors and suppliers
• Analysing of sub contractors and material supplies quotations
• Initiating budgets and forecasts in conjunction with the project quantity surveyor and project manager
• Preparing the Post Tender and Budget Review
• Demonstrating strong leadership skills and motivate the tendering team to work effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
