HR & Admin Officer’s responsibilities include providing information and clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources activities, policies, administration,
residencies, payroll, processes and procedures. To provide an effective Human Resources administration service. To ensure accurate HR records on all employees including full-time, part-time and volunteers. To provide HR reports as required.
Ensure the company file in all ministries is complying with the country rules and regulations. Ensure all employees are holding company residency. Ensure all company license are valid. Develop the division procedures.Manage the mandoobs and messengers and schedule their day.Follow up by himself in the ministries ( if required). Contact point between the company and the lawyer office.Opening of Bank accounts for new employees and preparing documents for the same. Preparing all final settlements & leave calculations and submitting to finance on a monthly basis. To perform all other tasks assigned
