Call Center and Home Delivery Manager:
Responsibilities:
• Lead inbound and outbound call center functions to deliver the sold Products .
• Offer service propositions which align with business Needs and improving sales for the products.
• Deliver customer service, achieving coordination of day to day operations and Delivery System by Dispatching Each Order to the nearest branch.
• Developing the call center and offering service delivery to meet the needs of customers.
• Develop short and long-term plans for the call center delivering direction, process improvement.
• Undertake regular meetings, team meetings, training and counseling/coaching sessions for all direct reports,
• The ability to handle customer complaints in a professional way and solve them on the spot.
• Plan and organize the delivery system for all Kuwait Areas.
