- Ensures the delivery of excellent service by maintaining high staff morale and team spirit.
- Motivates, leads and coaches approximately ten Colleagues.
- Attend pre-cons and meetings as required.
- Adheres to the budgetary guidelines established for the outlet (productivity, revenue and expenses).
- Trains and coaches new and existing team members.

- Assists in the preparation of the departmental budget.
- Successfully resolves guest complaints and follows up as required.
- Ensures the outlet maintains a first class and positive visual impact, including ambiance, cleanliness, orderliness, décor and service flow.
- Assists with recruiting, staffing and scheduling.
- Conducts regular Colleague feedback sessions and performance reviews.
- Creates sales incentives to reach financial goals.
