- Managing the sales tasks of the Bank's POS and Payment Gateway Sales, working with the agents and supervisor to layout the annual sales plan and to constantly target new clients as well as offer better services to other banks’ clients in an attempt to bring their business to CBK.
- Negotiating commissions and delivering after-sales service and support in accordance with CBK's quality level of service and to monitor clients to ensure that the business is profitable.
- Targeting high-end merchants that require special attention and full product knowledge which junior sales agents may not have.
- Maintaining awareness and knowledge of new and developing markets in Kuwait as well as keeping an eye on expanding clients to guarantee that service are not acquired by other competing banks.
- Develop a business merchant relationship to maintain preferences of card acceptance at all times.
- Prepare sales reports on monthly basis sales achievements against assigned targets and competitive activity.
- Develop and maintain relationship with the merchants.
- Produce the right plan in order to achieve maximum growth in POS & Payment gateway portfolio
- Supervises sales staff performance.
- Daily and regular contacts with merchants, owners, managers, salesman, cashiers, financial controller and General Manager as well as key contacts in Banks to make sure new businesses are targeted by the sales team
- Regular training and guidance to sales staff.
