The person is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include policies and procedures, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, and career management.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
•Liaise closely with HR Business Partner to execute the annual Performance Management and Appraisal process.
•Liaise closely with HR Business Partner to develop and implement an effective Training and Development Plan.
•Implement, develop and maintain existing Automated HR Programs/Software/Solutions.
•Develop, amend and maintain Career Development Plan and Succession Planning
•Develop, amend and maintain an HR Portal on Sharepoint
•Develop, amend and maintain company Policies & Procedures
•Develop, amend and maintain an Employee Handbook for New Joiners
•Coordinate with relevant divisions for a smooth entry of a new employee and monitor the execution of well-planned induction programme
•Keeping track on employee turnover and exit rate
•Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.
•Finalizing good training programmers’ relevant to each unit/groups
•Conducting exit interviews of employees terminated or resigned to get constructive feedback for company
•Prepare monthly/yearly HR dashboard reports
•Supervise Admin/GRD team in Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain
•Maintain and develop Admin reports and Databases
•Maintain and manage facility contracts
