Key Responsibilities:
Planning Administration:
• Developing long term and annual plans; evaluating and reporting progress on plans to the Board of Directors to fulfil its governance function.
• Conducting feasibility studies for growth, promoting business, introducing new services, attracting new clients.
• Suggesting work policies to the Board of Directors.
Operations Highlights:
• Assuring continuous possession of the know-how and the high-tech necessary to provide the services to different segments of clients.
• Performing risk assessment to determine the level of risk.
• Assuring the proper implementation of audit requirements.
• Monitoring the compliance with anti-money laundry processes in accordance with laws, regulations and internal policies.
Marketing & Market Research:
• Overseeing the implementation of effective marketing plans, aiming to build brand identity to the Company, as a leading investment house locally, regionally and internationally.
• Assuring the conduct of timely market research, competitive intelligence, pricing new products and services prior to their launch in addition to evaluating the pricing of the existing ones.
• Interacting professionally and courteously with different segments of clients; energizing the employees to cultivate clients’ relationships to ensure their satisfaction through analysing their requirements.
Visionary / Information Barrier:
• Ensuring that both the Board of Directors and staff have sufficient and up-to-date information.
• Interfacing between the Board of Directors and staff.
• Interfacing between the Company and Community.
• Looking to the future for change opportunities.
Community and Public Relations:
• Assuring that the Company and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in a strong and positive image to relevant stakeholders.
