- Develop and implement annual risk management review plan for continuous assessment of the corporation’s risk management practices and resulting update with the risk management guideline.
- Advising the corporation on any potential risks to the profitability and its continuity and prepare report on each risk management assignment.
- Preparing quarterly risk management reports to the CEO.
- Identifying, assessing threats and putting in place action plans with different scenarios tackling how to avoid, reduce or transfer risks when and if things go wrong.
- Facilitate, lead and guide in designing risk management program within all divisions and operational areas.
- Monitor, evaluate and consolidation of the corporation’s risk management register and organize and co-ordinate periodic/quarterly management risk meetings.
- Oversee the application and adherence to the risk management policy & framework and report on trends in the Company’s risk profile.
