The operation manager will lead a team of restaurant managers to create a positive environment that encourages teamwork, pride and a winning attitude. The operation manager is directly responsible for the financial performance of the outlets which includes; sales, food and beverage costs, labor and other direct controllable costs. The operation manager will work in conjunction with the Senior Operation Manager to devise strategies to increase sales whilst maintaining brand standards. The Operation Manager will oversee that all restaurant employees are following the policies and procedures set by their respective brands.
- Schedules weekly/daily meetings with the outlet managers to implement the decisions taken
- Follows up with the Outlet Managers and the team to ensure that decisions taken on a regular basis are being implemented and the results successful
- Ensures on a daily basis that the outlets are open and staffed appropriately, the outlets are clean, inventory levels are appropriate and the equipment’s are working properly
- Follows up on the daily operation and ensure a smooth workflow with a close coordination with the Outlet Managers
- Ensures that both the brand operating procedures and the internal policies are being followed at all times by all members of his team
- Maintains an in-depth understanding of
o Brand standards including all standard operating procedures and policies
o Rent agreements when applicable
o Laws regarding the “balidiya” and labor regulations
