Job Objective/Purpose
Responsible to prepare design proposals & BOQ according to customer specificiations.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key Accountabilities
1. Design proposals
- Prepare bill of materials for all quotations received.
- Design Bathrooms & kitchen (High quality 3d Render)
- 2nd layout for furniture, baths
- Prepare design Proposals & reports.
- Prepare bill of quantities, drawings, layout visualizations according to customer requirements.
- consolidate and compile BOQ, visuations and design proposal for customer and submit to Manager for review.
- Site Visit & Accurate Measurement when required.

- Quantity Surveyor - Bill of quantities
- Sales Tools Design - 3D Visualizations and 2D elevations
