Merchandising and Branch Communication
- Follow the vendor Management policy, procedure manuals and systems documentation.
Assist in managing the vendors across the network and ensure they understand the guidelines and can deliver consistent quality.
Coordinate training and presentations when needed.
Report any non-compliance to the quality of collaterals at the branches and showrooms to Product Marketing.
Provide all types of administrative support to distribution channels and coordinate with other functions as required.
Support with General Services, Merchandising outsourced vendor and Retail Support the filtering and solving of branches/showrooms/ finance centers administrative requests (e.g., procurement) and liaise with relevant parties when needed.
Maintain all office administration activities and ensure adherence to services contracts
Coordinate implementation of routine and preventative maintenance activities as per schedules.
Coordinate with Marketing Operations to ensure timely distribution and replacement of marketing collateral across the network.
Coordinate with Merchandising outsourced vendor and Retail Support the solving of any malfunction equipment at branches.- Coordinate with Merchandising outsourced vendor and Retail Support the solving of relocation of units within KFH premises related to retail.
