• B.Sc in Civil / Mechanical Engineering from a University recognized by Kuwait Society of Engineers.
• Minimum twelve (12) years of experience in Refineries / Chemical Plant with minimum last five (5) years in supervisory positions.
• Must have adequate knowledge in Scaffolding / Painting works.
• Have supervisory capability to direct the works of the complete facility.
• Be capable of making quick and sound decisions.
• Be able to read, write and speak in English fluently.
• Be capable of group communication to direct and co-ordinate the scaffolding and painting works of the complete facility.
• Posses analytical capabilities, to diagnose faults and trends by logical elimination.
