Reporting to the Division Manager, BMS Project Engineer shall have experience in handling Building Management System.
- Submit shop drawings, wiring diagrams and control schematic drawings and getting final approval from consultant.
- Coordination with HVAC contractor for field devices Installation and Execution team on termination and panel assembly.
- Coordination with other trades "Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting" as per project requirements.
- Submit MIR & Checklists at site and follow up for payments as per project contract.
- Building Management System products Programming.
- Handling large BMS systems / Projects.
