- Artistic Gymnastics Coaching qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience in working with a diverse customer base.
- Good numerical and written skills.
- Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the
company. - A firm understanding of health and safety practices.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work well in a team as well as being self-motivated and able to work independently.

delivering a quality programme to all.
The Role:
- Your main role will be to help build our artistic gymnastics programme by providing quality lessons, responding to enquiries and interest, and promoting the company.
- Head coach for numerous classes; plan, execute and evaluate gymnastics sessions in line with ACRO Gymnastics Academy scheme of work and assessment criteria
- Manage and inform assistant coaches ahead of classes of lesson plans and expectations.
- Provide excellent professional artistic gymnastics instruction to clients of all abilities.
- Ensure the safety and security of all participants within the programme.
- Liase with parents and gymnasts regarding all matters relevant to the programme.
- Liase with management regarding all matters relevant to the programme.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, attainment, and all other relevant documents required.
- Record all payments made in a receipt book and revenue system and cash in with the accountant in a timely manner.
- Accept gymnastics inquiries and book into classes via email, telephone or in-person.
- Market ACRO Gymnastics Academy at events and through social media.
- Attend team meetings and corporate functions as required by management.
- Promote ACRO Gymnastics Academy's reputation and build excellent working relationships with facility providers.
- Conduct oneself in a positive and professional manner.
- Complete any other activities deemed necessary by management to ensure the smooth running and successful growth of ACRO Gymnastics Academy.
The successful candidate will enjoy an excellent remuneration package including visa and full health insurance.
