Greet customers and welcome them.
Sell general admission, special events and memberships tickets to customers, and assign seats for theatre events.
Provide orientation and assistants to all visitors.
Assist with ticket sales and facilitate visitor access.
Creative problem solving and resolution of visitor issues.
Process different methods of payment including cash, credit and debit card, and the redemption of vouchers and promotion codes through an automated admissions system.
Balance cash register by way of reconciliation with end of days sales report.
Attend and participate regularly in exhibition trainings and walkthroughs.
Assist with visitor evaluation, visitor tracking, and attendance studies.
Promote general admission, special events and membership’s tickets to customers, and assign seats for theatre events.
Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of the full range of products associated, including general admissions, memberships, specials events and attractions, museum tours and educational programs and other activities.
Assist customers by answering queries regarding exhibitions and events, and providing general information as required.
Upsell special events.
Create and maintain an up-to-date customer database.
Assist admissions staff with use of automated admissions system, and provide one to one training as required.
Adhere to all policies, procedures, systems and protocols, including excellent customer service standards at all times.
Report visitor’s concerns to supervisors to ensure successful resolutions are provided swiftly and efficiently.
Attend job-specific training programs for admissions personnel as requested.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties to assist the admissions department as assigned.
