Role Objective:
Works under the supervision of the quality & food safety supervisor, coordinates and ensure that quality & food safety management systems are implemented and improved. Monitors and provides assistance to ensure compliance with quality function standards.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Operational
- Inspect the incoming materials
- Day to day Inspection of storage condition
- Day to day Checking of food preparation process as per specifications
- Day to day Checking of products as per Specs
- Day to day Checking of cleaning condition
- Day to day Checking to personal hygiene
- Implement the pest control program
- Handling customer complaints
- Maintain ISO 22OOO:2OO5
- Train staff against different quality & food safety standards
- Check the trucks/vehicles for cleaning condition & temperature status.
- Performs all other duties that may be assigned to the position
People
- Raise the level of quality & food safety culture among operation staff
