Seeking a real estate analyst that has 5+ years of direct and applicable experience from sourcing to execution of real estate investments in the Kuwait and GCC regions.
The Company/fund is newly launched by its founders who share deep roots in the Kuwaiti real estate market. The founders are looking to take advantage of both positive real estate economic indicators in the region and inefficiencies in the market by investing in a broad range of assets.
The real estate analyst is expected to gain a significant amount of responsibility from the get-go and is expected to drive the process of financial analysis, due diligence, and investment execution for each respective investment. The Company highly values and abides by a strict but malleable due diligence process that is tailored to each respective investment--and is thus looking for a candidate that shares the same ethos.
