Sales consultants work closely with customers throughout the sales process. They foster a successful relationship endearing the customer to their business. These consultants handle any inquiries produced by the client, investigate the issue and provide the necessary feedback. They work hard to network and negotiate with potential clients about their orders, generating revenue for the company.
1. Meet revenue target.
2. Oversight to create new projects/tenders with guided specification.
3. Convert opportunities to prospects
4. Manage to follow up with prospects and convert to orders
5. Execute orders as per the contracts terms & conditions.
6. Manage to track receivables for timely payments.
7. Ensure min penalty, bad depts. & write offs.
8. Provide feedback on market opportunities, sales funnel etc.
9. Negotiate with customer to close deal good for Company & Customer.
10. Ensure superior customer experience for our products & services.
11. Ensure sales activities have been updated daily in Sales Reporting System.
12. Create opportunities.
13. Maintain relation with Key Opinion Leaders & all clients.
14. Oversight and conduct events such as workshops, training, conferences, customer education programs, participate in seminars and exhibitions.
15. Must maintain healthy sales funnel to achieve objectives of the sales department
