Job Summary:
Operates, on assigned shift all equipment of assigned unit/s either in Refinery, Gas Liquid
or Support facilities onsite / or by monitoring work stations, video terminals,
panels and instruments in Control Room. Should acquire full knowledge of more
than one unit / train / system, for both Control Room and outside operations.
Minimum
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree
in Chemical Engg. / Mechanical Engg. (for Utility / Boiler only) with 4 years
experience with minimum 1 year experience in DCS.
OR
Diploma in
Chemical Industrial / Refinery Operating Technology / Mechanical Engg. (for
Utility / Boiler only) with 5 years experience with minimum 1 year experience
in DCS.
OR
HSC (12 years
Schooling) with specialization in Science with 6 years experience with minimum
2 years experience in DCS.
Work experience
should be in Refinery, Gas Liquid or support facilities (such as Crude
Distillation Unit (CDU), Continuous Catalytic Reforming (CCR's), Isomerization,
Sulphur Recovery Unit, Sour Water Treatment, Amine Treatment, Hydrogen
Production, Utility, Atm. Residue De-sulphurization (ARD's) (RMP), Atm. Residue
De-Sulphurization (ARD's) (FUP), Gas Oil De-sulphurization, Hydrocracker (HCR),
Fluidized Catalytic Cracking (FCC), MTBE (Methyl Tertiary
Butyl Ether), Alkalization, FCC, Propylene (MAFP), Naphtha Hydrotreating,
Tank Farm / Oil Movement, COKER, Vacuum
Rerun / Naphtha Hydrotreating, Utility & Sulfur Handling Facilities, Acid Gas Removal Project (AGRP),
LPG Trains, LPG Storage (South & North), Hydrotreater Unit & Merox, Hydrotreater Unit & Continuous Catalytic
Reforming (CCR's), Saturated Gas Unit (SGU) and Heavy Oil Cooling
(HOC)).
Good knowledge
of English Language.
