Mechanical Engineer
•Mechanic must know how to check, repair, balance and install tires.
• Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
• Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade
• Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
• Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use
• Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks)
• Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
• Keep logs on work and issues
Driver
-Must have experience to navigate to all areas of Kuwait. Furthermore the driver will assist the mechanical engineer with his work if requested by the mechanic. Eg: assist to carry tires and/or hold certain tools to speed up the process.
-Operates assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
-Knows how to drive manual cars.
-Maintains defensive driving.
-Provides a communication link between customers and staff.
-Reads and interprets maps and driving directions to plan the most efficient route service for customers, and reads and interprets road signs in English.
-Keeps the assigned vehicle(s) clean inside and outside.
-Maintains accurate, up-to-date records on trip sheets, customer transportation forms, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested from management.
-Performs minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicle(s) as required.
-Fuels the assigned vehicle(s).
-Coordinates the schedule for major or periodic vehicle maintenance with management and staff to minimize service interruptions.
