1. Installation of Hardware & software applications at work stations, so that end-user(s) can perform those assigned task(s) in efficient and effective manner.
2. Maintenance of all communication facilities that include tele-communication and email, and provide suitable solution and support.
3. Configure and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software.
4. Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
5. Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of server management system
6. Manage data back-up system and perform data recovery as required.
