1. Ensure that all deliveries have been signed and delivered to the correct recipient across GLA properties
2. Visit Government Officials & offices with respect to the company’s business / marketing transactions
3. Interact with customers to obtain payments, signatures and giving receipts.
4. Maintain absolute confidentiality of documents and records.
5. Occasionally ‘pick up’ and ‘drop off’ potential employees who visit Head Office for business.
6. Perform simple vehicle maintenance (i.e. taking vehicle for inspections, filling tires with air, etc.)
7. Maintain driving records (i.e. gas receipts).
8. Observe speed limits and obey all road signs.
9. Inform the Property Manager of any vehicle problems.
10. Maintain assigned vehicle clean from the inside and outside.
11. Read and interpret maps and driving directions to plan the most efficient routes.
12. Fuel the assigned vehicle
13. Ensure that the company vehicle is always in a good condition and comply with traffic regulations and safety measures
14. Update & communicate any new traffic laws or rules relevant to job role.
15. Perform other related duties as and when assigned.
