Responsible for providing support to all the customers of our company that includes handling and managing customer queries/complaints while ensuring successful resolution of the same in a time-bound manner.
-Implement the Service Department set policies and procedures and comply with the company’s other policies.
-Provide our company's customers with exceptional service to maintain profitable business relations.
-Interact with customers via telephone/emails or in person and respond to all inquiries regarding information about products and services in order to ensure that all information is provided to customers effectively and in a timely manner.
-Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to quality standards for all customer interactions.
-Coordinate with concerned departments regarding customer inquiries ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to all stakeholders.
-Maintain a comprehensive record of all customers’ transactions and investigate customers’ complaints and requests.
-Communicate all customers’ complaints regarding products and services to the concerned departments in order to provide necessary solutions.
-Escalate any unresolved issues and reoccurring complaints to Service Engineer and Service Manager in order to take necessary corrective actions.
-Follow up on all customer complaint incidents and ensure the effective investigation of complaints for effective and timely resolution.
-Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by management.
