• Monitor and analyze Time and Cost progress.
• Review and update forecast calculation to include site performance, variation orders and changing quantities.
• Continual adjustment of the cost and quantity estimation.
• Analyze and indicate major cost variance; advising alternatives to avoid and reduce cost.
• Assist in cost determination for various constructions and subcontracting activities.
• Prepare productivity reports and monthly cost reports.
• Review Subcontract packages and extract assign budget against scope of work.
• Review changes and provides cost impact calculation for variation orders and claims; indicating additional resources required.
• Identification of potential risks
• Identification and determination of adjustments and reserves
• Other duties and responsibilities as directed by the head of the department
