Monitor laboratory systems to ensure developing problems are identified and resolved quickly as possible.
Conduct collection and analysis of environmental, process, quality control and ad-hoc samples as needed according to company standards, customer specification and any applicable regulatory standards and methods.
Report sample results and provide recommended actions or process or process changes as necessary based on company procedures.
Monitor and maintain company consumable supplies.
Provide laboratory coverage as needed to cover for the absence of other technicians.
Prepare coated samples, wet samples, completing assigned projects within the timetable, and efficient use of bench time.
