A successful luxury independent Auto service center enjoying an excellent reputation and specializing in prestige range of British and German vehicles has vacancy for Accountant:•
1. Maintaining all proper documentation for all financial matters such as Purchases, Fixed Assets Register, Disposals etc
2. Reconcile, adjust and maintain Balance Sheet accounts such as prepaid expense, petty cash, accounts receivable, payroll related payables, loans and notes receivables, cash flow projections, deferred income accounts, etc.
3. Compile, enter and post monthly adjusting journal entries.
4. Responsible for payroll monthly journal entries and reconciling monthly reports.
5. Responsible for the processing of the daily cash and other charge transactions.
6. Continuously seeking improvements in accounting procedures and conducts reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
