• You ensure all customers are satisfied and all concerns are resolved or escalated for resolution.
• You ensure to give each and every guest their fulfilled food and service experience.
• You ensure to participate in positive teamwork work with my co-TM and my supervisor.
• You ensure to maintain my workstation and equipment in good and hygienic condition.
• You ensure to follow Kout/Brand standard operating procedures.
• You Report any work issues immediately to my direct manager ( operation - equipment’s -suppliers - customers, etc)
• You participate positively in my training & development plan.
• You follow food safety and sanitation concept standard.
• You maintain personal hygiene and uniform grooming as per the Kout/concept standard.
• You ensure adhering to my work schedules/shift, time attendance.
