Job Scope:
Assist in implementation of VAT within the company and across GCC.
Lead the implementation of the Indirect Tax frameworks, ERP integration and execution of all statutory procedures.
Responsibilities :
• VAT and CST return, VAT Audit, VAT assessment for private and public limited company
• Income Tax return and Audit of Private Limited Companies, Partnership Firms, Trust, Co-operative Society and Individuals
• Transition review and advise from VAT prospective.
• Contract review, transaction review and transaction structuring from direct and indirect tax perspective
• Preparation and Filing of GST Returns. Detailed understanding of GST refund/Rebate procedure
• Calculation of monthly Service tax liability, preparation of Cenvat Credit register and filing of Service Tax returns. Preparing Service Tax Refund Application for Export of service
• Preparation and filing of VAT and CST returns. Verification and filing of VAT audit report in consultation with VAT Auditor. Filing of VAT refund application and appearing before sales tax department for refund related audit.
