-Writing of high quality technical documents
-Engaging with the customers to determine their requirements, and working with the team to deliver the technical plan
-Responsible for the delivery of high quality designs and implemented solutions for a variety of clients
-Conduct Technical workshop and Presentation to demonstrate the proposed solution to customers
-Carrying out a weekly meeting with the team to follow up activities
-Provide guidance to the team
-Creating of development plans for individual in coordination with Technical Manager.
-Supporting, assisting and motivating the subordinates
-Monitoring the team's performance
-Ensuring that the team follows and completes the tasks
-Do a knowledge transfer to the team members as required
