• Arrangement of transport for collection and delivery of material from Supplier.
• Rate Negotiation and Rate Contract with Logistics/shipping Company/agents.
• Prepare complete set of Export Documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Performa Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Check List, Shipping Bill) based on customers order reference number.
• Coordinate closely with the logistics/shipping Company/agents for scheduling and booking shipments to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery.
• Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another.
• Track the status of all the shipments and preparing a report of the same.
• Follow up with shipment Status, Original Documents, Exchange Control Copy and EP Copy Etc.
• Follow up with clients for Cargo Delivery.
• Ensure all materials are delivered promptly and accurately to customers.
• Send Scan Copy of Original Shipment Documents to Consignee and uploading in SAP system.
• Prepare and file all documentation and relevant email correspondences in line with the GSDP standards.
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations. Liaise with freight forwarder, local customs and relevant parties on logistics matters.
• Perform any other duties assigned by our superior.
