*Duties and responsibilities:
- Examine and audit all the documents to ensure the accuracy of the operations and conformity with the approved policies and procedures.
- Provide the financial data to contribute in preparing the monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Approve the accounting and financial entries, after verifying fulfillment of the required documents.
- Check the statements of accounts of the banks and suppliers, as well as liabilities, and reconcile them with the company records.
- Settle suspense accounts, if any, on timely basis and prepare a report to this effect to the financial manager.
- Audit amendments on personnel salaries, payments, increments and various deductions in coordination with the personnel affairs.
- Audit disbursement documents to ensure their conformity with the rules, systems and authorities related to disbursement processes.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation for all the company accounts.
- Prepare the required periodical statistics and reports.
- Verify the accuracy of feeding operations into the computer and approval of outputs.
- Cooperation with all the other departments in the company, especially in connection with providing the required data.
- Daily auditing and closing of the treasury operations, verify the accuracy of balances and operations.
- Control the processes of collecting the company dues by third parties and propose the appropriate solutions to any required procedures.
- Refer payment defaulting customers to the legal affairs and attend liabilities cases at the experts department.
- Auditing reinsurance accounts and prepare the closing accounts for each quarter.
- Prepare monthly forms for the Ministry of Commerce and present them to the financial manager for approval.
- Contribute in preparing the annual estimated budget and periodical auditing to execute the same.
- Reconcile the records of fixed assets and calculate the monthly depreciation of such assets.
- Undertake any other tasks related to the job.
