Aromatics block of the Petrochemical complex comprise of Naphtha hydrotreater, CCR, p Xylene production, Isomerization and associated facilities including utilities.participates in the preparation of design basis for the all units of Aromatics block; review of plant layout; BFDs, QRA, RAM, PFDs, P&IDs, Interunit Controls, HAZOPS, SIL, LOPA, Three D model review & EA studies. Alm of these reviews is to ensure Operability of the units including, initial & regular start up, normal operation, plant emergencies and shut downs & provides specific comments to meet safe & efficient operation of the unit. Defines plant staffing philosophy, requirements of Operator & maintenance shelters, control, Cat work station,equipment sparing, Interunit controls etc. Imparting training to Supervisors and Operators; good Interpersonal skills. Thourough knowledge of requirements for issuing Work permit, safety permit, Confined space entry permits, Good House keeping Preparation of daily operating instructions for the assigned units„ Hands on knowledge of operation, initial commissioning, isolation and hand over for maintenance & taking back of equipment after maintenance for major process equipment like pumps, compressor, furnace, heat exchanger, safety valves etc., ., Very good communication, report writing and Presentation skills.. Exposure to PC operation and In-depth knowledge of job specific IT applications. Knowledge of industry safety standards.
