- Responsible for managing and executing all sales activities of the company, analyze and estimate price trends and solutions availability through close supervision of the market and competition
- Analyzes cost of solutions and establishes a competitive pricing scheme. S/He is also responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with customers
- Present and sell FITNATION services to current and potential clients
- Meet booking and revenue annual targets for company as stated in the financial plan
- Operates the sales activities within the approved budget and cost controls
- Follow up current clients
- Open new opportunities
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
- Assist in writing the sales action plan to identify specific targets and number of project in details
- Identify sales prospects in all customer accounts as assigned
- Participates in presentations, client meetings and proposals
- Manage after sales services through service quality assurance, collect satisfaction survey and other follow-up
- Identify and resolve client concerns
- Participate in sales and marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and e-marketing events
- Follow-up for collection of payment
- Coordinate with the project managers to understand the project time line schedules, payment schedule and delivery of services
