Sales Management
- Conduct daily branch visits to ensure close monitoring on sales targets/achievements, analyse gaps and root causes, provide tools, encourage potentials of sales staff to achieve the set targets individually and at Branch and Region levels.
- Conduct on-the-job coaching on sales skills/cross selling/upselling, after-sales follow-up, customer referring, customer prospecting, and all sales related to achieve the targeted sales performance.
- Enhance sales culture by driving healthy competition with sales staff.
- Encourage sales potential that might be available within non-sales roles.
- Monitor, prepare, and communicate sales achievement and sales reports of the assigned areas on daily basis.
- Join and support outdoor visits to meet key decision makers to promote KFH banking services and acquire new business potentials.
- Provide guidelines on portfolio management, and ensure the follow-up with affluent customers directly for respective portfolio.
- Monitor close connection with affluent customers to ensure long-term relation, establish trust-base with new acquired customers, and monitor affluent customer attrition within the assigned area portfolio.
- Analyse sales performance on monthly basis to identify low performers, and set improvement plans accordingly.
- Conduct periodic visits and meetings with low performers and closely monitor and follow-up on individual improvement, along with one-to-one support sessions.
- Play the role of “big brother” with the new-to-sales and provide them with on-the-job training and follow-up on individual progress.

Liaise between branches and other related functions like MIS, Products, Segments, etc.

Collaborate with CRM for development and implementation of customer driven business initiatives to ensure the insights from data is effectively used for business growth or improvement in service.

Conduct trainings and workshops to improve sales skills and increase/enhance staff product knowledge, also provide comprehensive independent trainings on products knowledge and selling skills to develop the sales and service.

Communicate and update internal campaigns, and share weekly results to drive motivation with the sales team.

Conduct sales meetings on weekly basis with area managers and branch managers to digest sales performance and agree on action plans.

Work shoulder to shoulder with area mangers to raise the team momentum and push the non-sales staff into more sales within their branches.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures

Recommend improvements to functional procedure and direct the implementation of instructions and controls covering Sales Development so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
