1) Liaise and communicate with all company departments for the promotion of company services
2) Communicate with target audiences and manage customer relationships;
3) Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - and on the radio, the internet, social media, outdoor media, and other media sources as deemed necessary
4) Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, marketing kit, gifts & promotional items
5) Write material and proofread copy;
6) Liaise with advertising agency on all marketing, advertising, and branding activities
7) Liaise with designers and printers;
8) Responsible for company branding for both internal and external (internal is branding within the company and external is branding outside the company through press, social media, and etc...)
9) Organize photo shoots;
10) Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials;
11) Maintain and updating the company website & company social media site
12) Maintain and updating customer databases;
13) Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
14) Source and secure sponsorships
15) Contribute and develop corporate social responsibility initiatives
16) Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups; visiting competitors showrooms
17) Contribute to, and develop, marketing plans, strategies, and marketing campaigns for the company
18) Manage marketing budgets;
19) Evaluate marketing campaigns;
20) Monitor competitor activity;
21) Prepare marketing reports as requested by direct manager
22) Support the marketing manager and other colleagues.
