- Carrying out maintenance, repairs servicing and overhauling all types of mobile, static plant machinery and equipment Hydraulic Systems, such as Cranes, Trucks, fork lifts, tipper box, fuel tankers, Wrecker, & Winches pumps, & jacks, control valves and pipes and Hydraulic circuits.
- Stripping, inspection and diagnosing malfunctions of faulty Hydraulic parts, repairing/replacing, and re-fitting defective parts of machinery as required.
- Overhauling/repairing all types Hydraulic equipment, testing and making final adjustments for smooth operation.
- Making simple sketches and templates as required to assist others in upgrading & alteration.
- Using all types of precision instruments, tools, and devices such as micrometers, venires, calipers, rulers, proctors alignment indicators and devices to a high degree of competence and accuracy. Converts inches to metric measurements accurately.
- Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic Drawing reading and parts identification ability
