We are a yoga studio in Bneid AlGar called Alive Yoga and we're looking for a front desk assistant to:
-attend to all queries; phone calls, emails, and walk in guests
-studio tour and membership sales presentation
-explain booking and sign in procedures
-help clients navigate our application and troubleshoot if necessary.
-explain the studio policies and etiquette.
-recommend classes and/or direct them to an available instructor for further assistance if needed
-upsells, follow up with membership renewals, record freezing requests
-handle guest complaints; provide preventive/corrective action, and/or escalate to the studio manager
-create accounts, checking in clients, cashiering, and other tasks using our system
-assist guests if they need help when purchasing retail items, locker assistance and whenever necessary
-accept bookings or schedule private sessions
handle lost and found items
-ensure cleanliness of the studio at all times
monitor items/supplies requisition and maintenance requests
-maintain daily operations including opening, operating & closing procedures.
-ensure that the studio policies are followed (i.e. "no late and no show" policy)
-Update clients for any upcoming events/announcements, and offers.
-coordinate with the instructors, ensure that they arrive to class before time and discuss anything related to the class or client
-assist in administration duties
reports to the studio manager owner
-most importantly: greet clients, motivate them, and bid them goodbye making sure they get to enjoy the full experience when coming to the studio.
It is a very friendly and relaxed environment with a small team. The job description is below:
Working Hours: 2-10 pm, six times a week. The day off depends on the schedule of the yoga studio. Most likely it will be Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.
Salary: 350KD/month.
We will not be able to provide accommodation or transportation.
