As An Events Supervisor, you will ensure the smooth operation of events and exhibitions in all GLA properties as well as investors compliance with design criteria, company policies and guidelines in installation and dismantling. Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of functional relationships with investors.
Job Description is provided below:
1. Responsible for all centers operating under GLA:
a) Al Kout Mall
b) 360 Mall
c) Sama Sulaibikhat Mall
d) Sama Khaitan Mall
2. Attend all operational meetings for exhibitions, events and installations.
3. Supervise the exhibitions & events installation, dismantling and monitor the progress in between.
4. Responsible for the execution of the RMU’s as per the rules and regulations.
5. Ensure investors comply with the design criteria submitted upon installation.
6. Ensure investors comply with company policies and guidelines upon installation and dismantling.
7. Monitor the maintenance and upkeep of the kiosks/stands.
8. Ensure investors, staff and contractors are abiding by the policies and procedures of all centers at all times.
9. Perform daily scheduled walk of the center to maintain professionalism and compliance of rules and regulations.
10. Meet with short term and long term investors on regular basis to gather necessary feedback.
11. Provide complete security and safety control for investors.
12. Administer the testing of kiosk such as: lighting test, merchandise system, display criteria.
13. Conduct inspection on a daily basis based on the business checklist.
14. Report any operational issue with other Departments.
15. Receive feedback from Center Managers on activities and kiosks in order to contact investors accordingly and make sure they adhere with the comments given.
16. Seek and follow up with production houses to maintain cost efficiency, quality of deliverables
17. Prepare incident reports supported with proper documentation and images when necessary for damages that occur during installations, dismantling or any subject related to Specialty Leasing activities.
18. Provide a weekly report to Management for all centers in an accurate timely manner.
