Customer Service
- Provide proactive customer-driven servicing of all customer corporate banking needs in line with KFH quality standards in order to enhance the Bank’s image.

Build and maintain strong and effective relationship with Branch/ Finance Center customers to implement sales plan and achieve goals/objectives.

Act as the first point of contact for customers, especially for new customers, answer their queries and provide information about various products and services offered by the Bank within specified turn-around time to ensure customer satisfaction.

Execute segment value proposition and fulfil all service elements.

Cross-sell products to customers and leverage on existing customer base to improve profitability while driving customer retention.

Perform all customer service-related tasks with regards to product applications (e.g., account opening, service subscription, etc).

Assist customers in filling-out various forms and applications as requested while ensuring accuracy and completion of all required documentation.

Route financing applications to Retail Credit and follow-up on approval.

Prepare the corresponding contracts and agreements and approve customers’ signatures.

Coordinate with tellers and branch operations staff when required to ensure smooth operations, as well as timely and friendly service delivery.

Complete lead generations, sales targets, and incentives forms and secure approvals.

Assist in fielding customer complaints, suggestions and concerns ensuring they are routed to the appropriate desk or service provider and conduct the necessary coordination activities with other concerned entities to ensure quick resolution.

Assist in collecting requisite documentation in order to facilitate the conducting of preliminary plausibility analyses and the approval of applications.

Co-ordinate between various business support functions to improve performance of the business and customer satisfaction.

Ensure adherence to SLAs with Operations, Risk, POS and legal operating module.

Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
