Job Purpose: Online Banking /Mobile Banking /IVR development and production support consultant
Accountabilities:
1. To provide support to Consumer and Corporate Banking division for Online Banking, Customer Contact Center.
2. Interact with business for new requirement understanding, translating the same to vendors for development,
3. Deployment of the changes coordinates UATs and support production failures and minor fixes.
Generic Accountabilities:
• Support production and development environment
• Familiar with SDLC end to end processes
• Experience of working with third party suppliers
• Management of stakeholder expectations
