A retail manager is needed to run a medium size showroom from all aspects. He is expected to run the showroom, interact with the customers and staff. He is expected to be responsible for ensuring his staff give great customer service as well as monitoring the financial performance of the store and any related workshop or such. In addition to that he is expected to monitor, handle and manage all aspects of the retails sales and other parts related to the commercial retails from sales, product supply and other related parts.
What is expected:
• recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
• managing budgets
• maintaining statistical and financial records
• dealing with customer queries and complaints
• overseeing pricing and stock control
• maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets in all its forms and aspects, including motivating staff to do so
• preparing promotional materials and displays
• Managing product follow
