Role Objective:
Drive and Support the PDP department business objectives through client management and building long term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Strategic
- Support objectives and growth of the PDP department through successful B2B strategy
- Ensure continuous understanding of industry changes and developments in learning and training (focus on e-learning)
- Follow up with Key industries and news to understand market training and development demands in Kuwait and the ME region
Operational
- The operational tasks for the Business alliance specialist is to identify and build relations with potential clients to introduce KFAS Academy and understand their training and development needs. Once identified, you will work with relevant departments to help create, develop and implement agreed solutions to meet the needs of KFAS Academy clients. Follow up to ensure successful implementation, client satisfaction and sustained interest and achieving set sales targets will be high priority for successful execution of the job role
People
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders for smooth and improved operations
- Advise on customer feedback and operations to help improve and develop customer experience
