Manage all financial and accounting activities of the company including day to day operations in Finance department.
Oversee and monitor the financial operations of the subsidiary companies and foreign operations.
Maintain banking relationships, monitor all banking activities of the organization and ensure bank reconciliations are being done accurately in time as fixed.
Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements by fund management and cash flow forecast.
Coordinate with other departments and units for necessary financial activities.
Ensure an efficient record keeping that meets the requirements of Auditors, Government agencies and other statutory requirements.
Develop and monitor reliable financial control systems and ensure cost control.
